Our project proposal for SMASH is being funded by the DFG as part of SPP 2377. Together with Prof. Dr. Gunter Saake and Dr. David Broneske, we will investigate the benefits of a common storage engine that manages a heterogeneous storage landscape, including traditional storage devices and non-volatile memory technologies.
